LT Panels
We manufacture Motor Control Center (MCC) panels for various applications of motors. We install STAR/DELTA Starters or VFD starters as per requirement in MCC. It is our expertise to make Intelligent MCC panel which can communicate with PLC/DCS system. We also supply superior quality Power Control Center (PCC) panels as well as Automatic Power Factor Control (APFC) panels as per requirement.
SCADA Systems
Dangasiya Automation has supplied large I/O complex PLC-SCADA system to water treatment customers. We integrate standard Siemens WinCC, Rockwell and Wonder ware etc. SCADA system. We have developed vast library with special graphics/animation for water treatment plants.
Remote Monitoring System
Dangasiya Automation have solution for Remote motoring of various field instruments and equipments. Remote data are transfer via GPRS or 4G modem to cloud and then it’s visible to End client PC and Smart Phone. We have done remote monitoring of Level for Water Tank and Conductivity of water in Man Hole.
Turnkey Projects
Dangasiya Automation have also taken Turnkey project as fully electrification of Plant or Factory. In Turnkey Project we have supplied total items like HT-LT Panels, PLC SCADA Panel, Instruments, Cable and Cable Tray with Installation and commissioning of Plant.
800V LT Panel for Solar Power Plant
Dangasiya Automation has introduced a selection of LT Panels (ACDB) with 800V AC ratings to support the higher voltage architectures in solar power plants. 800V AC ACDB solutions will help new solar power plants introducing string inverter architectures to lower overall system costs. Operating with higher voltages reduces the transmission losses & cabling costs of solar plants, while limiting the impact of any faults, reducing downtime and maximizing productivity. Higher voltage ratings will also mean fewer DC combiner boxes and less wiring complexity.
Solar ACDB (Ac distribution board) is a crucial a part of the SPV system for solar energy Plant.
It combines the output 3 phase as well as single-phase AC power of inverter placed in the solar plant system into a single box called ACDB (AC Distribution Board).
